The client shall ensure that all products are safe for transport and handling. After confirming the same, a booking should be made to request a vehicle considering the weight, volume, and packaging.
Vehicle Assignment
Transport coordinators should clearly check the request details and assign optimum vehicle, driver, assistant if required for successful execution of the task.
Job Execution
The vehicle must complete the task by adhering to the KPIs set by the customer. The Transport Coordinator should follow up on job execution to achieve 100% satisfaction.
FINANCE
Fees for a specific job must be confirmed by the client within 3 days so that the actual invoice can be made. Any dispute must be resolved within those three days.
